In order to receive a table at Spotlight, organizations must have a representative present each day. Tables are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.Organizations who would like to provide handouts only, may display their information on the “Literature Only” table during Spotlight.

To reserve your table or to provide literature, please return the enclosed reservation form by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 10under the label “ATTN: Gregor McCord” to New Student Orientation, Mail Location 0090 or hand deliver it to 120 University Pavilion. It is not necessary for you to have a representative present if you are only providing literature. However, please have a representative from your organization replenish your information weekly. If there is follow up communication required of you or the students, we ask that you have the necessary information available (e.g. sign-up sheets, business cards, etc.).

All materials should meet the values and standards of the University of Cincinnati and be appropriate to new students and parents. Organizations that are assigned a table and do not have a representative will have the display immediately taken down and their table given away. Please note that materials and photos portraying members of your organization who are current Student Orientation Leaders (SOLS 2013) are prohibited.

Furthermore, each organization is responsible for their individual display and materials.

TUC and the New Student Orientation office will not be responsible for any items stolen or vandalized throughout the duration of Spotlight.

Please email all questions . I look forward to working with you all more closely to make this process as smooth as possible.

Make it a great day!
