Please join us at this year’s Tri Circuit conference April 17-19, 2018 in Colorado Springs at Rock of Ages.
If you are coming, weNEED to know by Ash Wednesday, February 14, 2018! This is to confirm or amend the block of rooms for your lodging we have reserved at Glen Eyrie Retreat Center (FYI, if you haven’t been, it’s beautiful! Great location, right next door to Garden of the gods, lots of hiking, neat things to photograph, plus stuff for your wife to do if you’d like to turn this into a mini getaway[*], etc… ) However, since Glen Eyrie thinks they’re something special, we MUST have a count to them by February 14. BUT MONEY IS NOT DUE YET! What???? Phew! What a sigh of relief!
Well… not YET anyway, we’ll get you our pretty and your little dog too (sorry, no pets allowed at Glen Eyrie)… Appropriate monies (…………..) are due April 2. This includes $99 per night and the …$75… required by canon law and signed in blood conference fee. BUT lest we be too much like the wicked witch of the westside, we are in the Gospel business after all, so if needed, there is assistance available if you’d like to come but your congregation is stingy. We’d really like to have you with us! It’ll be fun! Just let us know and we can make it happen.
If you’d like to help a brother out and share a room for $49.50/night, please let us know who you want to bunk with by March 23rd. Each room has two queen beds.
Now on to high priorities… FOOD and DRINK:
BREAKFAST will be provided each morning at Rock of Ages (we’ll even try to accommodate any dietary restrictions if you let us know in advance).
LUNCH is on your own (plenty of restaurants, brew pubs, and BBQ nearby).
DINNER is also provided each night (the whens and wheres of these top secret meeting locations are yet to be determined, but your tummies will be happy).
After dinner socialization will be 5 minutes north of Glen Eyrie at the Maxwells. (There will be beer. There will be wine. We have a pool table.)
