Carbon Offset Information &Materials Checklist

What to submit:Submit all materials related to the certified product. Submissions include, but are not limited to, the materials listed on this document. Add rows within the tables as needed.

How to fill out this form: 1) Fill in information about your company and product. For multiple products, copy and fill out separate “Certified Carbon Offset Information” for each product. 2) Complete the Materials Checklist. List the document name (as written on the electronic file) and/or URLin the white box beside the appropriate Material Type. If a document or URL contains more than one material, list the document name or URL in all appropriate Material Type boxes. 3)After the document name(s), include any pertinent notes to your Green-e Climate staff reviewers.

How to submit: Submit the Checklist in .DOC format only, along with all marketing and disclosure materials that reference the certified carbon offsets. Marketing materials may be submitted in Word or PDF format. Do not group multiple documents into one long document; submit documents in files labeled according to their “Material Type.” If the MCR submission is large, compress the documents into a zip file.

After you submit:Green-e staff will review your submissions to verify adherence to theGreen-e Climate Code of Conduct and will send you feedback via email regarding any required changes. If applicable, you will be asked to complete these changes within 30 calendar days from the date you receive feedback from Green-e staff. Failure to complete the requested follow up changes will result in non-compliance with program requirements, and continued non-compliance will trigger Section IX Enforcement and Censure of the Code of Conduct.
