Executive Meeting Minutes
Old Business:
Date of Meeting: November 20, 2013 at 4pm for Executive Meeting (attending Bill Lutz - chair, Josh Carver vice chair, Kurt Bittner, chapter treasurer absent- work conflict; Justin Kleskie, Bill Durso and Gene Cummings –Chapter Secretary.)
Location: Philadelphia Cricket Club St Martins, Philadelphia. Time: 5pm
Attendance: 26/ Members/85 Guests – Total 121 (including speaker)
New Chapter Business and Committee Activity:
Date of Meeting: December 11, 2013 at 4pm for Executive Meeting (attending Bill Lutz - chair, Josh Carver vice chair, Kurt Bittner, chapter treasurer and Gene Cummings –Chapter Secretary, and Jerry Forstater.)
Location: Philadelphia Cricket Club – Flourtown Time: 5pm
Attendance: 16/ Members/19 Guests – Total 35
Executive Meeting convened by Chairman Lutz, with review of November meeting minutes and financial report, question posed on financial report for check #2057, should read Philadelphia Cricket Club PCC.
Chairman Lutz reported on nominations for 2014 chapter elections were passed affirmatively at the November meeting and tonight the installation will be undertaken, Bill Durso will administer the oath of office to: Josh Carver chapter chair, Kurt Bittner chapter vice chair, Jerry Forstater for Chapter Secretary and Gene Cummings for Chapter Treasurer.
Chairman Lutz thanked all the members and guests for their support for the past year and wished all a happy, healthy and safe holiday and happy new year. Chairman Lutz also welcomed the new leadership and new team member Jerry Forstater Professional Systems Engineering as the new Chapter Secretary.
Chairman Lutz reported on the I B Hale nomination award and thanked Vice Chair Carver for his work on the application; it has been forwarded to the RVP and ASIS International.
There was no speaker for tonight’s meeting – it was the annual Holiday Dinner. Door Prize winner of the 10” Samsung Galaxy tablet was Chris Eves, AlliedBarton Security Services, donated by ASIS-GPC.
Additional raffle prize donations included the following from:
1)Jim DeStefano of Siemens, 7” Samsung Galaxy Tablet
2)Michael Michalski of Professional Systems Engineering, $250 of gift cards.
3)John Russell of Allied Barton, two Sixers tickets with VIP parking.
4)Bill Lutz Jr of Security On-Line Systems, $170.00 of gift cards.
5)Eric Kay of AssaAbloy, $100.00 of Visa gift cards.
6)Anthony Mangeri of American Military University, $50 of gift cards and an Aztec tactical flashlight.
Meeting adjourned at 8:30pm
