  • Pre-Administration for AP Exams will take place next week in the cafeteria. Any student registered to take and AP Exam in May, must make full payment by that date and have a transportation form turned in with a parent signature.   • Graduating Senior's ...your school email accounts which includes Google Drive will be shut off effectiveJuly 9. You will not have access to the district provided email or google Drive after that time. Please start saving all the files you want to keep.
  • Show choir auditions will beTuesday, April 24beginning at6:30 p.m. There will be two teaching sessions to learn the dance. They areTuesday, April 17 and Monday, April 23. We are looking for all voice parts and talents. See the posters and fliers around the school for details. If you areNOT currently in a choir class, see Ms. Reetz for information and the audition packet.   • Offutt Collision Repair, an auto body shop located just next door to Bellevue West, is looking for students interested in an auto body repair Internship for next school year. Current sophomores or juniors can apply to work at the shop from 1-3pm everyday and receive not only valuable hands-on training, but also high school credit as part of the internship. If you are interested, stop in the counseling office for an application.
  • The 2018 yearbook people section is displayed in the front office. Students, staff and parents are invited to look over it and check for mistakes in names or photos. Seniors especially, please verify your photo is included and your name is spelled correctly. If you notice an issue, please inform Mr. Stueve in room 426 or email him .
  • A marketing internship is also available for next year with Offutt Collision Repair. If you are a sophomore or junior interested in sales and marketing as a career, you can have the opportunity to expand your skills in a real-world business setting and earn 2 high school credits at the same time. Expected hours will be 1-3pm on most days with some flexibility. See Ms. Polk in the counseling office for an application.
  • Attention Varsity Athletes: If you are a varsity athlete who has earned 6 or more varsity athletic letters during your career at Bellevue West, please stop down to the athletic office before Thursday
  • Congratulations to "Team Yerm" for winning the inaugural Jaylin Cox 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament sponsored by EdRising and Freshman Senate. "Team Yerm" is made up of Joe Dolincheck, Tevin Tanner, Cedric Johnson, Jaylin Cox, and Nico Felici. A special thanks goes out to the teachers who volunteered to ref the games, the custodians, and all of the participants and spectators who made the event a huge success!

  • SkillsUSA members competed this past weekend at the state leadership conference in Grand Island. The following students placed in these events.
    Jacob Riha placed 1st in Electrical construction wiring and qualified for nationals in Louisville Kentucky in June.
    Jeremiah Gage 1st in criminal justice and qualified for nationals.
    Mitchell Pavel 1st in stick welding.
    Zac Cote 3rd in MIG welding.
    Julio Roman 3rd in collision repair.
