Minutes
Getting Started
Introductions were made.
Motion: The minutes from the August meeting were approved as distributed.

Treasurers Report
The Mason invite finances were reviewed. Results were very good especially when compared to previous years.
Bank accounts were reviewed and summary statements were distributed for review.
Mason Invitational Re-Cap
Overall the race was a big success. As always, there were suggestions. Judy distributed the list of all comments to the group and we reviewed eachsuggestion.
GMC Meet – Tailgate
Judy needs volunteers to help with set up and manning the tables and collecting items for the event. Anyone with an extra table or tent, please bring it to the tailgate.
Regional and State Tailgate Coordinator
A varsity parent needs to volunteer to co-ordinate these events.
Nike NXN Update
Sunday, November 17th Laverne Gibson Course Terre Haute, IN
Parent rooms are reserved at the Springhill Suites. Also, the banquet room has been booked. If a parent would like to reserve Olive Garden, that would be great. Gary Brush is the Girls Coach and Dan Thompson is the Boys Coach.
Motion: The Boosters Pay up to $600 on Mystery shirts for the Nike Invitational to be used at the teams’ discretion.

Senior Night – Oct 25
The ceremony will be before the game. A few additional volunteers are needed. Please go to sign up genius to volunteer.
Banquets – November 5
The banquet is coming up and will be worked out soon as to where each group meets.
Team Tent
The current tent was purchased in 2006. It is wearing out. The boosters are hesitant to pay for a replacent and feel like it should be covered as a school expense.
Middle School GMC Championships
The team did very well and came in first in each race.
October 19th is the State meet.
Motion: The Boosters pay up to $200 for team apparel for the runners at the state meet.

MABA
At this time, there are not planning on hiring a concessions person.
Other
Car Magnets
Motion: The boosters order 250 car magnets for Cross Country.
Motion Made by Mike Marotta, seconded byJudy Jensen, and approved by the board.
All Booster meetings are held on Tuesday nights at 7:00 in the room across from the Athletic Office. Typically, we meet the first Tues of the month. Our next meeting is Tuesday, November 12th*.
