·  Students may apply to defer a semester not later than 7
weeks after the commencement of the new semester.
Students who defer the semester within the first 2 weeks
with the approval of the Dean shall entitled to ask for a

Notes:

  All new students without English Entry Requirements are to register for English for Graduate Studies (BBI2418) as Audit and sit for the English Placement test.

  All international students (except students from Brunei and Indonesia or application for exemption is approved) must register for the Malay Language course (BBM1401 or its equivalent) as Audit, during the First Semester and this is a requirement for degree conferment.

  All students are required to register (pay fees + register courses) every semester, throughout his period of study. A student who fails to register by January 15, 2007 will be terminated. Reinstatement fee amounting RM600.00 will be imposed if the appeal against termination is approved
