The purpose of this report is to enable program directors to give an account of their program’s activities over the past year, and to engage in strategic planning for next year. While quantitative metrics are useful, this report should provide brief descriptive, qualitative information as well in order to give a multifaceted account of the program and director’s efforts, achievements, needs, and objectives.

DEADLINE: Please submit to the chairperson and to the graduate dean by May 25.
