GQ MAGAZINE NAMES ROADHOUSE CAFÉ PANCAKES “THE BEST”
Belchertown, MA – March __, 2009 – According to the March issue of GQ Magazine, there are no better organic blueberry pancakes in the Northeast than those served at the Roadhouse Café in Belchertown, MA. This rating appears in an article entitled, “A Coast-to-Coast Coffee-Fueled Celebration of the Best Breakfasts in the Country.” In it GQ also praises Roadhouse owner, Joan Dahl, and her staff.
“We appreciate the recognition by GQ of our ‘fresh-from-farm-to-table’ approach to the breakfasts we prepare,” says Joan. “I believe every real breakfast starts with the very best organic ingredients and is made from scratch. We purchase organic fruits and vegetables from local farms. Our breads are homemade and baked fresh daily.”
Although it has built its reputation on breakfasts, the Roadhouse Café is now open for lunch on weekdays. The fare includes homemade real organic soups and hot Panini sandwiches prepared daily using Boar’s Head brand meats and cheeses. Of course, the sandwiches are served on the Café’s own breads.
