NOTICE INVITING CONSULTANCY SERVICES
Technical and Financial proposals for consultancy Services are invited from Pakistan Engineering Council registered Consultancy firms as well as PCATP for 3rd party verification of development schemes executed under Prime Minister’s Global SDG’s Achievement Program & PSDP - Special Federal Development Program- 2017-2018, on completion, including, preparation of PC-IV in prescribed manner by the consulting firm.
TERMS OF REFERENCE
i, On completion One time 3rd party verification of development schemes to be executed under South Zone Pak, PWD Karachi, a sub-ordinate department of Ministry of Housing & Works Islamabad.
ii, Preparation of PC-IV of the development schemes after their completion.
iii, Analysis of the bottlenecks confronted by the executing agency & measures for efficient functioning of the projects.
· Interested consultants shall meet the following pre-conditions:-
· Registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in relevant discipline & category (Civil & E/M works)
· Have minimum experience of at least 15-years in relevant field.
· No litigation Certificate be provided.
· Certified audit report for the last three years.
· Technical & Financial Evaluation will be carried out, as per PPRA rules, in respect of Technical /financial proposals respectively by the bid evaluation committee.
· Pre bid meeting will be held on 25-01-2018 at 11.00 AM in the office of the Executive Engineer, Central Civil Division, Pak, PWD, Hyderabad.
· Date of submission of bids is 26-01-2018 till 12.00 PM. Technical proposals will be opened on 26-01-2018 at 02-30PM, in presence of firm’s representatives.
· The financial bids of unsuccessful bids will be returned back.
· The bids will be opened by the technical / financial bids evaluation committees respectively
· The tender documents can be collected from the office of the Executive Engineer Central Civil Division, Pak PWD, Bungalow No. 21-A, G.O.R Colony, Hyderabad during office hours upto 25-01-2018 against payment of Rs.2500/- (non-refundable).
