We look forward to a fun filled evening as each of you has the opportunity to bid for the items of your choice. To make the process as smooth as possible…Here’s how to play!
- Attached is a list of the Lifestyle & Media packages that will be auctioned.
- Please be sure the auctioneer and helpers see your bidder number and that each of your successful bids is noted and recorded by number. This will speed up the exit process.
- At the conclusion of the Live Auction, please present your bidder number to the check out volunteers. You will be furnished with a listing of each item and the amount of your successful bid and total amount due.
- Silent Auction items will also be included in the total amount due.
- Please make checks payable to the Sebastian River Area Chamber of Commerce. Payment is due at the end of the evening.
- VISA, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted. American Express is not accepted.
