NRC’s 2016 Golf Tournament will be held at the Sycuan Golf Course (3007 Dehesa Rd., El Cajon, CA 92019), located approximately 24 miles from the Hotel del Coronado. Group transportation will be available, leaving the hotel at 11:00 am. Golfers may also arrange their own transportation. Golfers should plan to arrive at the course by 11:40am.

Host to the Junior World Golf Championships, US Public Links Qualifying, the San Diego Junior Amateur, the annual PGA Chapter Shootout, the US Junior Amateur and named to Golf Digests Best Places to Play, Sycuan Golf Course has distinguished itself as one of San Diego's premier golf courses.

Golf play will begin at 12:00 pm with a shotgun start. The NRC Tournament format is a four-person scramble, allowing players with varying ability the opportunity to play and have a great time. A box lunch will be provided prior to the NRC Tournament. The golf shop offers rental clubs at $50/set. The NRC Tournament registration fee includes carts, green fees, lunch and refreshments, driving range, putting green and prizes. I understand that all golfers must be registered for the 2016 NRC Conference in order to play in the NRC Golf Tournament.

If multiple golfers are being registered on this sheet, please make clear below if these golfers should be in the same foursome or separated. Foursome requests will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis and as availability allows. Attach additional sheets, if necessary. Players registering on-site must pay on-site with cash, check or credit card (note the tournament is expected to sell out in advance).
