MONTHLY PAYMENTS

  • Gold Starz Dance School charges MONTHLY. There is an option to pay weekly.

GSDS will invoice you for one months dance classes as specified at the start of the month. If your child decides to do more classes then there will be a separate payment for those. If they choose to drop any classes that will only become relevant on your next monthly invoice. If your child decides to leave during the course of a month the full invoice is still applicable for payment.

If your invoice is paid within the first 7 days of the date issued it will be liable for a 10% discount as shown on the invoice. On day 8 the invoice will revert to the full amount without a 10% discount. On the first day of the next month, a £10.00 late payment fee will be added.

Last year, GSDS allowed people to take ‘holiday breaks’. This then developed into any reason for having a week off. If you were paying termly at any other school this would not be an option. GSDS will have a 1 or 2 week closure policy, probably in August. So, apart from that, we will allow an additional 5 weeks holiday breaks. These should be used for actual holidays rather than ‘Off to the Zoo/Little Mix Concert/Duvet Day” or “visiting Nan & Grandad”. We need to be able to budget for hall hire and teachers at all times.

Our preferred method of payment is straight into the Gold Starz Account. The details of which are:

If you MUST then you can pay by PayPal to

We do still accept cash.

WEEKLY PAYMENTS

  • You can pay weekly but you lose the sliding scale option. Currently if you do 1 class the cost is £4.50. On the sliding scale if you do two classes that becomes £7.50 (Rather than £9.00). If you pay weekly you lose that option and any discounts.

So therefore

2 x 45 minute classes per week on the monthly invoice would be £30.00 less the 10% early discount payment meaning you pay £27.00

If you pay as you go you would end up paying £36.00. The amount you save is the equivalent to having a week off.

NB – SICKNESS IS NOT A VALID REASON FOR NOT PAYING THE INVOICE. WE WILL OBVIOUSLY ALLOW FOR LONG TERM INJURIES
