Goat Order and Entry Form

This form, sponsorship form, W-9, facility agreement, and payment for the GOATS must be received at the AHS,KHS, HHS, KPHS, SCHS Ag Department by 3:00 PM on September 17, 2014. NO LATE ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
No on-site purchases will be allowed for HISD. Show on selection day. No substitutes for selection will be allowed under any circumstances. The only individuals allowed in the viewing area are those who have been solicited by the Ag teachers to help.
** Selection date October 8, 2014 @ 5:30 PM or immediately following Lamb selection at The Kingwood/ Kingwood Park Agriculture Science Facility .
The drawing / selection process is as follows:
1. Students arrive and sit in stands.
2. Ag teacher and supplier will speak to students.
3. Students are dismissed to view animals for 30 minutes.
4. As students exit viewing area, they will draw their selection order number for their first animal and return to stands.
5. Exhibitors arriving after the first drawing has ended will automatically select last prior to second drawing.
6. After first selection, Ag teachers will draw by ear tag numbers for exhibitors who have made prior arrangements for absence. This drawing will be in the order of notification to the teacher by the student.
7. Exhibitors purchasing more than one animal will draw selection numbers from another set of numbers and will select their second animal after all exhibitors have selected one.
8. No Sponsorship forms will be received after the day of selection.
