Wendy is a highly experienced and inspiring leader who specialises in developing and delivering effective, innovative strategies to acheive world class standards in Facilities Management (FM). She has led several major outsourcing projects including the first time outsourcing of the Sainsburys Retail estate in the UK and recently the outsourcing of the Barclays global portfolio. This success has been delivered through her passion for Facilities Management as an industry and her personal drive for excellence.

She is passionate about raising the profile of FM and demonstrating the value that can be released to organisations. She is the deputy chair of the BIFM Hospitality and Catering SIG and the banking representative for the FMA end user group.
