Glint Boosts Executive Firepower With Addition of Mike Dolen
as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development

Dolen Brings Twenty Years of Industry Experience to Support Rapid Growth and Continued Innovation and Leadership in Employee Engagement

Redwood City, Calif. — January XX, 2016 — Glint, the real-time employee engagement platform, today announced that Mike Dolen has joined the executive team as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development. With a track record spanning 20 years, Dolen has gained considerable experience helping companies transform operations and drive business performance through employee engagement and talent management programs. In his new role, Dolen will use his experience to help build Glint’s strategies for growth, explore adjacent product and market opportunities, plan for global expansion, and work closely with current and prospective customers to strengthen their talent management strategies.

Dolen’s career includes several executive appointments at notable companies—most recently at CEB, where he served as the global leader of workplace engagement and analytics. Prior to CEB, Dolen served as a managing partner at Kenexa (acquired by IBM in 2012), where he was a member of the Kenexa Leadership Team and leader of its Global Survey Organization. In this role, Dolen was instrumental in growing the company from a small startup to a leader in its space and expanded survey operations from three to fifteen countries. Earlier in his career, Dolen held leading roles in talent management for large organizations, including United Airlines, Delta Air Lines, and The Home Depot.

“The talent management industry is at a critical inflection point—one that demands technology to enable greater performance and proliferate the value of people insights and analytics to the business. The solutions engineered by Glint are the best I’ve seen in my career, and I’m thrilled to have the opportunity with Glint to help organizations and people thrive,” Dolen said. “With the creation of Glint, it looks like the future has finally arrived: The business world is ripe for talent management technology that combines clean, intuitive design, advanced natural language processing, and predictive machine learning technology to drive productivity and engagement.”

“As companies increasingly recognize the differentiated value proposition Glint brings to the market, it’s vital that we have seasoned executives in place to manage the subsequent growth,” said Jim Barnett, Glint CEO and co-founder. “With his extensive industry leadership experience and academic background in industrial and organizational psychology, Mike is precisely what we need to continue to drive forward our vision for the next generation of talent management and employee engagement technology.”
