The Campus Site Based Decision Making Committee collaboratively developed the Campus Improvement Plan. The No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 National Performance Goals have been adopted by the campus and are reflected in the Campus Improvement Plan. The following funding sources support the objectives and strategies identified in the District Improvement Plan:Title II, Part A; Title III, Part A; Special Education;Gifted & Talented; CTE; Carl Perkins Grant; Student Success Initiative; State Compensatory Education; Regular State Program Allotment; Tobacco Grant; Mathematics Instructional Coaches Grant; ARRA Title XIV State Fiscal Stabilization Funds Grant; and Local.

GHS CAMPUS IMPROVEMENT PLAN

GOAL #1: GHS will provide academic programs which will ensure that all students’ academic performance and achievement levels will reflect excellence in learning and attainment.

OBJECTIVE 1.1: Gladewater High School will achieve the rating of “Met Standard”.
Phases:
1.1.1: Maintain a continuous improvement cycle.
1.1.2: 90% of all students and each sub-group are successful on the state accountability testing system.
1.1.3: TEA GPA in student attendance – GHS 95%.
1.1.4: Maintain a drop out rate less than 1.3%
