  1. Primary Function:
Develop and present learning material to include evaluating the effectiveness of thesetraining offerings. Coordinate with the Corporate Training Manager to support and sustain training and development opportunities for all departments and employees.
  • Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and conduct instructor-led and online training programs for employees.
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design and develop course content.
  • Create documentation to cross-train and extend the knowledge of all company training staff.
  • Perform instructional design including the development of assessments and evaluations.
  • Serve as a back-up administrator for the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) including updating employee data, course creation and revision and end user access issues.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for newly hired employees.
  • Perform other duties as required.

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degreein training and development, Human Resources, business administration or related field is required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience designing, implementing, and conducting training programs is required.
  • Computer literacy in an Internet/Windows environment is required. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is required.
  • Advanced level spelling and grammar skills are required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Must display a helpful demeanor, attention to detail, customer service orientation, and demonstrate the ability to be a contributing team member in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

  • Essential Job Functions:
  • Maintain appropriate confidentiality regarding client information; ensure proper destruction of confidential documents, and compliance with Personally Identifiable Information (PII) rules and regulations.
  • Ability to setup and cleanup space used for training before and after learning sessions.
  • Ability to talk in front of small and/or large groups is required.
  • Ability to type at a computer terminal and view input is required.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time is required.
  • Ability to speak on the telephone is required.
