Action Resolution: BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Education of Gifford Community Consolidated School District #188 to Close the Imprest Fund for fiscal year 2015, Establish Imprest Fund for fiscal year 2016 at $2,000, Close Petty Cash Fund for fiscal year 2015 and Establish Petty Cash Fund for fiscal year 2016 at $200. Establish Gifford State Bank as the Depositor, Establish the Superintendent to act on the Board’s behalf with regard to State and Federal monies for the fiscal year 2016, Appoint Diane Baker temporary Treasurer for fiscal year 2016.
