**Eat prior to arriving at Grafton or pack something to eat on the bus**
4:15pm Trailer instrument people and percussionists arrive and load the trailer
4:30 pm Rest of band arrives at Grafton HS dressed in concert uniform
4:45 pm Roll call on buses
5:00 pm Depart Grafton HS
5:30 pm Arrive at Bethel HS and unload
6:00 pm Warm Up
6:30 pm SYMPHONIC BAND PERFORMANCE
7:00 pm Symphonic Band Sightreading
7:30 pm Load equipment
7:45 pm Roll call on buses
8:00 pm Depart Bethel HS
8:30 pm Arrive @ Grafton HS

REMINDERS
1. Gentlemen- Tux shirt (cleaned and ironed), tux pants, black socks, black dress shoes, plain white T-shirt (no logos)
2. Ladies- Black Dress, black closed toe dress shoes. No necklaces, small earrings, no bracelets
3. Eat something before you come or bring something to snack on that is not messy!! We will not be stopping for food.
4. Your parents are welcome and encouraged to attend the performance.

· Take Margruder (RT. 134) towards Hampton
· Turn right onto Big Bethel Road
· Go past AMC 24 and the Hampton Roads Center Parkway
· Bethel HS will be on your right
