The primary function of the Systems Support/Analyst position is to analyze subscriber systems, test and provide technical support of product software based on a thorough knowledge of all UDSMR product lines.

The Systems Support/Analyst will have responsibility for the following:

  • Provide telephone and email support to subscribers using UDSmr proprietary software and associated systems.
  • Analysis of client computer systems using any UDSMR proprietary software product to improve application usage, identify and solve problems and recommend future software upgrade features.
  • Document user needs, functions of the software, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
  • Collaborate with programmers to resolve project specifications and related issues.
  • Participate in development, testing and installation of systems.
  • Prepare and distribute instructional documentation related to program features and technical requirements.
  • Analysis, maintenance and investigations of computer and database interfaces.
  • Data tracking and reconciliation among reports.
  • Maintain documentation of internal and external communications via standard UDSMR methods.
  • Provide training to subscribers.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in technical discipline or Associates Degree and strong technical background.
  • 2 years experience in system support and analysis and/or mastery of all UDSMR product lines.
  • PC Skills – Microsoft Office, familiarity with variety of databases and applications, overall wide range of knowledge of PC and Internet based applications
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Availability to travel
