b. Do 3-3 way phone calls daily with your sponsor, or upline, and your prospects
c. Get 3 new LifePak ADP customers each week
__11. Lead Your Group – Be a Great Leader
[ ] Complete your personal POWER OF 1 Qualifying Team by sponsoring at least one other person who places their
EXECUTIVE ORDER #01102423 in your 1st month – Create at least one Power Team each month
[ ] Pass the Executive Qualifying Process in POWER OF 1 within your first 3 months and become an Executive.
[ ] Develop 15 Executives on your first level by creating at least 1 new Power Team each month.

The $25 Distributor Kit fee is waived if you sign up for the Auto Delivery Rewards program (ADR) upon enrolling as a Distributor. Because you are placing your Executive Order ($1,000) the first month, you should start actual delivery for your ADR the next commission month.

MONTHLY AUTO DELIVERY:
· 2 LifePak Formulas on Auto Delivery Rewards (ADR) each month to the distributor. (Regular, Women or Prime) = Over 100 PSV on a residual service (ADR) which automatically makes the distributor ACTIVE and eligible to receive bonus checks from the company
· 1 - 20 Package of Scan Certificates = 47.50 PSV when ordered on Auto Delivery Rewards (ADR). This prepares the new distributor to Scan another 20 new prospects the coming month. If you don't have certificates you won't scan anyone. If you don't scan new prospects each day and month you will be out of the business. Be prepared to scan and get ADR's as well as new distributors.
MONTHLY HOSTING:
· 1 Web Marketing Tool Kit = 50 PSV each month. Gives you the On-line tools you need to build your Pharmanex business. Includes your own Website and email tools.
Total is approximately $200 per month depending on which version of LifePak is shipped monthly on ADR.
Both the Monthly Auto Delivery and Monthly Hosting will be ordered by telephone during the enrollment process.
The best form to use for the Auto Delivery is with your initial Scanning Certificate (if you have been scanned). You will need the serial number from the certificate to start your 60-day money-back guarantee. (If you use the following form, then be sure to transfer the certificate serial number to the form) If you have not been scanned then use the attached Auto Delivery form and call-in your initial certificate number once you do get scanned. BE SURE TO INLCUDE THE PACKAGE OF 20 SCAN CERTIFICATES ON YOUR AUTO DELIVERY ORDER.
The Monthly Hosting requires no form. You will obtain your Web URL address for your Global Web Page over the phone during the enrollment process.
YOUR MONTHLY MINIMUM ORDER MUST BE $100 ON AUTO-DELIVERY IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR COMMISSIONS AND OVERRIDES.
