Section 2 Using EZ-ISM
Getting New Documents
In order to receive documents from Whirlpool you must “Receive”. The Receive process requires the following:
ü Connection to your ISP (Internet Service Provider)
ü Connect to the Whirlpool Mailbox
ü Valid password – You must enter your password each time you get new mail. Your password will be valid for 90 days; after 90 days your password must be changed. Refer to the EZ-ISM SET-UP section for additional information and steps for changing your password.
STEP#1
Click Connect to Mailbox Check Box
Click the Connect to Mailbox: check box to establish a connection between your computer and Whirlpool; this also activates the Receive button.
Note:
If the Connect to: button will not allow you to select it, see Troubleshooting – Problems Connecting to Whirlpool in the EZ-ISM SET-UP section.
STEP # 2
Click Receive Button
Clicking the Receive button will prompt you for your Ldap ID and password.
STEP # 3
Enter the users Ldap/GSP id and Password
Example: x3smitha
§ Enter your EZ/ISM Ldap/GSP ID and Password.
§ Click the OK button to proceed with the connection. The system checks for new incoming documents and places them in your Inbox.
Reading / Opening Documents
Each document in the inbox will display as a separate line item. Double click on a document to open and view it.
Documents that have not been opened will display a status of Unread. Documents that have already been opened will display a status of Read.
STEP # 1
Opening Documents
Double Clicking on the document will open it for viewing.
STEP # 2
Closing Documents
Click the Return button at the bottom of the screen.

864 – Text Message 8:00 a.m. 10:00 a.m.
997- Acknowledgments Not Considered Late
