Getting Involved is Easy

The transformation of our sports center into an incredible party venue is only part of the fun.There are many ways to join in, help the school, and be part of this important fundraiser! Your involvement will make a difference for our school and we promise you will have fun in the process!

Join a Committee

The more, the merrier! Many hands make light work, so grab a friend and join a committee or come solo and meet some new friends to work with!

Ads, Sponsorships, and Donations– Help obtain ads, sponsorships, and/or donations from parents and local businesses. The committee starts planning in October and is finished up in January and February.

Raffle– As part of our fundraising effort, we sell raffle tickets. We are in the process of revamping our raffle efforts. Sell at FA community events, to your family and friends outside the FA community, or the night of the event. Planning starts now and the work starts in January.

Auction Display Set-up – This requires a little creativity and organization to put together displays for those items that are part of our Auctions. This is a concentrated effort during the month of March and set up a couple of days before and/or on the day of the event. You will work closely with our Auction Display Chair set up create an attractive display space for our items.

Event Set-up– Come help with the transformation of the John and Virginia Hazel Sports Center to the place we Celebrate FA! on April 8th. Work will begin on the morning of the 6th and will continue through the 7th as needed with the possibility of a little work on the 8th.

Purchase an Ad in the Auction Book

Advertise your business while supporting our school. With several levels of participation available, there is an opportunity for everyone. Simply place an ad or become an event sponsor to enjoy the additional perks included in sponsorship.

Give a Donation for the Auction

Do you have vacation property you can donate for a week or long weekend? Do you have a special talent or connections to someone who can provide a great experience for a lucky bidder?

Does your business, a company you work for, or work with, have an item, a service, or gift certificate available? Do you have season tickets to a music, sports, or theater venue? Your contacts, ideas, and talents have value. Share them. Think outside the box! We are always looking for new ways to improve and you can help us!
