  • We have Draper 21B reserved from 11:30 to 5 PM
  • ROBERTA, FAIRLY URGENT, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT WE HAVE MILNE 200 IN THE EVENING???
  • Milne 200 Set for 36 participants. There is a “peanut gallery for 8 students in the back. The large instructor table can handle all six instructors.
  • Beam projector, overhead projector, and whiteboard at front
  • Meeting box plus cling sheets and flip charts
  • Draper 23 is set and loaded with Vensim PLE and Decision Explorer running on all machines
  • Where are lunches to be held?
  • Coffee set in hall outside MI 200
  • Each participant place is set with participant packet plus a GSPA notebook for notes
  • Each instructor has instructor packet
  • Name Tags are prepared for all
  • Overhead slide of participant schedule for all three days ready.
  • Vedat, Get into the Draper 23 lab and clean it up—take out furniture and store it in the hall somewhere.
  • Vedat, make sure that Decision Explorer and VENSIMple is on all machines in the lab
  • Have the archive system set up so that instructors know how to get material into the archive
  • Roberta, explain how to get material Xeroxed, overheads made, etc. for upcoming sessions/ next day.
