Gentlemen, the 2010 Winter paddle season is now taking applications. All teams that played in 2009 Fall league in Divisions C and below are eligible.
Entry deadline is Dec 19, 2009.
First match is January 16 and ends March 6. Proposed bye week Feb 6, 2010. 3 doubles team per match, otherwise same rules as Fall league.
Cost $75 per team. Limit – 40 teams.
If you intend to participate, please follow the registration process outlined below. If you are not the captain for the winter team, please forward this email to the suspected captain of the winter team, or other players at your club who may be interested.
If you intend to enter a team, do a “reply” to this email (not “reply all”) and in the message body include the team’s name, the captain’s name and captain’s email, and show the email as a link, as exampled below:

If a club has multiple teams, each team needs to submit this info. Use the same team designation as used in the fall 2009 league. i.e. -if you were Hollywood #4 team in fall 2009, you should respond as Hollywood #4, even though the Hollywood Club may enter only one winter team, and even if Hollywood #4 finished ahead of Hollywood #3 in the Fall 2009 league.
Once we receive your email with the requested information above, further registration instructions and application will be forwarded. The application will be emailed within 48 hours after receiving your correct email. If you do not get the application it means your email was not received or the information requested was not included. If you don’t get the application and complete it, you are not in the winter league. You can send questions via email, or telephone, but until the above info is received, no application will be sent and your team will not be included.
We intend to limit winter league to 40 teams consisting of 5 leagues with 8 teams each – first teams to reply correctly will be included.
