Regular Meeting Minutes

April 10, 2017

The meeting was called to order by Ms. Hamilton at 6:30 pm.

Those present were: Ms. Hamilton, Ms. Everson, Fiscal Officer Long and Park Manager Dudeck.

Minutes from the March 2017 meeting were approved on a motion by Ms. Everson

and a second by Ms. Hamilton.

Bills in the amount of $1,982.68, covered by electronic payments E 11-19 and

Warrants 7477-7482 were approved on a motion by Ms. Hamilton and a second by Ms. Everson.

Mr. Long covered the financial report and the payment of bills. He reported on the popcorn machine. The one we had looked at had a shipping cost of $203.00, which would have put the total cost near $800.00. The visit to cover safety at the park was covered. We have received the report. Two items were noted. One was posting of Rules. Mr. Long will talk to Bill Conrad to get that done. The second one was adding the $250.00 fine to the handicap sign. Mr. Dudeck will look into obtaining a sign. Upcoming projects were covered including adding a sidewalk in front of the main Pavilion and replacing the broken walk near the restrooms. The water line to the Pavilions will also be completed. We have received one quote for our roofing project.

On a motion by Ms. Hamilton and a second by Ms. Everson, Resolution 2017-03 was approved, expanding the board from three to five members.

Mr. Dudeck reported that the water had been turned on and the garbage collection began April first. The cleanup day is scheduled for April 22. He has already been cleaning up the Park in preparation for the season. All three Pavilions are rented for April 29, 2017.

Ms. Everson asked if we would look at adding some shelving in the concession stand. Mr. Dudeck will look into it.

There being no future business the meeting was adjourned at 6:50pm
