STEP Program Enrollment: It is recommended for all international travel that the traveler enroll in the Department of State Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP)
Level 1 Antiterrorism Awareness: It is recommended that travels that will access DoDEA schools complete the Level I Antiterrorism Awareness Training.
Country Clearance Information: It is recommended that travelers review the Department of State’s Country Information webpage for travel requirements.
Contact Point of Contracts (POC): Prior to travel, connect with the District point of contact and provide them travel itinerary. This POC can answer questions and provide guidance around general travel and access to district sites.
Lodging:Work with your POC for lodging arrangements.

Fellows will be required to send it back to her, so that she can make sure that everything is in place before the IFF arrival. THEN the site POC will get in touch with the Dana Center Fellow regarding hotel and transportation information. (This will vary from site to site – so it is easier to do that individually).
