2015-2016 4-H Story

**Required**

The 4-H story is an opportunity for you to share your experiences in the 4-H program and summarize your years as a 4-H member. While your 4-H story is a record of all your years in 4-H, you should emphasize your experiences during the 2015-2016 4-H Year.

Use your 2015-2016 General and Award Summary Forms to help you!

Recommended Length

  • First year members: 1 – 2 pages
  • 2 - 3 years in 4-H: 1 – 3 pages
  • 4+ years in 4-H: 2 – 4 pages

We prefer a typed story, but feel free to use page 6 to hand write your story. Don’t be intimidated by telling your 4-H story! This is not being graded and no one is checking your grammar or spelling.
