  3. Developing a State PI Committee
  4. Developing lines of communication between RTACs, STAC, PI Committee, etc.
  5. ACS (& Marianne) concerned that the Federal guidance does not specifically refer to trauma systems. Kevin plans to include it in WI.

  2. Reviewed handout about changes to program & “capabilities”
  3. Program is to be more “Whole of community” approach. Will be less hospital-centric.
  1. Patient at Risk – Kristina unable to attend today. Marianne will see if she wants to attend February meeting

  2. Michael and Greg have attended visits. Both felt it was a valuable experience and recommend others do it. Marianne will continue to work with Coordinators one at a time to get them on visits.

  3. Revision will include some improvement in the graphic layout
