Introduction

This document presents the results of the 2014 CVC general practice survey. A total of 255 responses were received for this survey, of which 220 (86.3%) were complete. All responses received (including incomplete responses) have been included in the analysis.

The results from the 2012 and 2013 survey are included for comparison where the questions asked in both surveys align. Figures which do not indicate they include data for all three years show the 2014 results only.

Open text responses have not been edited and appear as entered by the respondent. Only open text responses from the 2014 survey have been included.

1 / I don't think she is getting paid the money she should
2 / 1. Yes we currently refer to LINCS whom had a change in Area manager a couple of months back and patients were complaining of non attendance, I discussed this with Head Office and has now been resolved. However we are unaware of any other DVA CVC providers for the Sunshine coast.
2. It is difficult to identify IF these patients are moved to a Level 3 OR 4 care package and so no longer eligible for CVC.
3. Find it non practical having multiple service providers for some patients involved in care
