With effect from January 01, 2015, Indian Embassy in Muscat has outsourced its Passport and Visa services through open bidding process to M/s. BLS International Services LLC-Oman. All Passport and Visa applications are being accepted and delivered only at the Indian Passport & Visa Service Centre of M/s. BLS International Services LLC-Oman located at: Unit No 108 – First Floor, Al Makhtabi Building, Wattaya, Muscat, Oman.

The centre is open from 8am to 8pm from Saturday to Thursday. Tokens are issued from 8am to 12.30 and from 1.30 to 7pm for Passport and Visa services. The serviced documents can be collected from the service centre between 5.30 p.m to 7.30 p.m on all working days. The service charges for passport service is 450Baiza, Visa service is RO 1.650 and for attestation 550 Baizas.The centre also provides additional services which are fully optional in nature like- filling of application, sms facility, courier facility, photocopying and photo studio facilities. Attestation services, Solemnization and Registration of marriageetc. have been outsourced to M/S BLS International. These services are carried out in the Embassy of India premise at Diplomatic Area, Al Khuwair. However, Diplomatic / official visa will be handleddirectly by the Embassy of India, Muscat.
