BY ENTERING THE MYER FASHIONS ON THE FIELD COMPETITION AT THE 2015 BROTHERS CAIRNS CUP LADIES DAYYOU ARE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  1. Rules on how to enter form part of the terms and conditions of entry.
  2. Entry may be refused if a contestant does not meet one or all of the contestant criteria, which are available on at the registration desk on the day.
  3. Contestants must be 18 years of age or more on the day of the competition that they are entering. Proof of age needs to be provided at the time of registration.
  4. There are two categories: Myer Lady of the Day and Myer Millinery Award.
  5. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.
  6. Contestants and/or their outfits are not permitted to promote commercially a brand, store, or design.
  7. Contestants may not enter the competition on behalf of a third party.
  8. Contestants must not receive any compensation or payment from a third party for entering the competition.
  9. All prizes awarded to the contestant must remain the property of the contestant.
  10. All travel and accommodation prizes must be taken as specified. Conditions to travel and accommodation apply and are subject to availability.
  11. The Promoters are the Cairns Jockey Club
  12. The Promoters shall select the judging panel and the judges' decision is final. In the event of a draw, the Myer Ambassador will determine the winner.
  13. Winners will be notified on the day of the event.
  14. Staff and immediate family members of the promoters, sponsors, prize suppliers and host race club and or their partners are not eligible to enter.
  15. All entries may be entered into a database and the Promoters may use Contestants' names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
  16. Prizes are subject to change at the discretion of the Promoters.
  17. All entries become the property of the Promoters.
  18. Entrants agree that their names and photographs may be used by the promoters and sponsors for future marketing purposes.
  19. All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into after or during the event.
  20. Whilst every effort will be made to run as per the schedule, the nature of this event will at times involve moving times around.
