Dear Gary Alexander Bourne,
Thank you for your email of 5 March 2015, in which you asked for the following information from the Ministry of Justice (MoJ):
Under the F.O.I.A. Could I have a .pdf copy and information relating to cases before Llandudno Magistrates' Court and Family Court Hearing Centre, The Court House Conwy Road, Llandudno, Conwy LL30 1GA ?
To be expressed as:-
1) A .pdf copy of the same list/s supplied to Press Agencies as mentioned in Email from Cathryn Ellis Arweinydd Tim Gweinyddol/Admin Team Leader?
2) Could this cover 1st to 8th March 2015, please?

Court lists are sent to the Press Agencies each week and there is a protocol in place for this. However, I am unable to send members of the public lists of all cases that are before the Court.
If you are to be called as a witness to a case, the agency requesting your attendance at Court will give you plenty of notice. You might like to contact that agency and enquire with them when the case is being heard.
The Court is open to the public every day and you are more than welcome to attend to observe Court proceedings.
