Entry Requirements / Entry is open to registered NAB AFL Auskick participants who are related to a NAB Customers and/or a NAB employee.
The Entrant (the NAB Customer or NAB employee) must enter the competition on behalf of the Auskick participant, if the Entrant is not the Auskickers parent/guardian, they must first receive consent from the Auskicker’s parents prior to entering the Auskicker into the competition.
Ineligible Entrants / Entrants not registered as a NAB AFL Auskick participant, or who are not NAB Customers or NAB Staff Members.
Competition Period / The competition opens on Monday 21 March 2016 at 12:01pm Melbourne time.
Entries close on Friday 8 April 2016 at 11:59pm Melbourne time.
Entry Method / During the Competition Period:
For a NAB Customer or NAB Staff Member to enter their Auskicker into the competition during the Competition Period, he or she must visit the NAB website at nab.com.au/auskick, via the private link provided in the direct email and complete the on-line form, including selecting from the list of state relevant matches and telling us in 25 words or less why their Auskicker would like to play at half time of their selected match.

Judging Criteria / The best valid entries are determined by the judges from all entries received between each of the following dates:

This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the prize winners. Each valid entry will be individually judged on the basis of the Auskicker who demonstrates the most passion to play at half time,of their selected match as evidenced by the 25 words or less statement in the entry. The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize Details / There are 60 prizes in total (5 locations, 12 spots at each) to be won by Auskicker’s during the competition period. Each prize includes 1 x child & 1 x adult ticket to one of the following state relevant matches and a spot for their NAB AFL Auskicker to play in the Auskick grid games during half time of the match:

Prize Conditions / The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If a winner does not take the Prize at the set time, the winner will forfeit the prize. If a Prize is unavailable, NAB will substitute it for one of equal or greater value. Each prize winner will be provided with an individual prize briefing which outlines meeting location & times and are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to and from their selected match. Flights or accommodation are not included as part of the prize.

The prize/s must be claimed on the date of the selected match otherwise that prize winner will forfeit their prize and NAB will distribute the prize to the next best valid entry that has not already received a prize.

Prize Delivery / The prize winner will pick up their tickets upon arrival at the venue from the nominated AFL Representative.

Conditions of Entry

1.  These Conditions of Entry must be read together with the Schedule. By entering, entrants accept these conditions.

2.  Entry is open to residents of the Applicable State/s who comply with the Entry Requirements (if any). Entries submitted by Ineligible Entrants are not accepted. If entry is permitted to persons under 18, those entrants must first obtain consent of their parent or guardian.

3.  The competition will be run during the Competition Period.

4.  To enter, entrants must follow the Entry Method, noting any Entry Details, and submit their entries during the Competition Period.

5.  Entrants may only submit up to the Maximum Number of Entries.

6.  All valid entries will be entered into the competition. Entries must be received during the Competition Period. NAB has no control over telecommunications networks and accepts no responsibility for problems associated with them. Entries deemed received at the time of receipt into NAB’s database, not at the time of transmission. Entries submitted using any form of automated entry device or software are ineligible. Entries not fully complying with these Conditions of Entry will be deemed invalid. NAB accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, delayed, corrupted, illegible or misdirected entries whether due to error, omission, alteration, deletion, destruction, transmission interruption, tampering, theft, destruction failure or otherwise.

7.  The best valid entry as determined by the judges according to the Entry Criteria will win the Prize described in the Schedule. The Total Prize Pool is set out in the Schedule.

8.  This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining winners. Each valid entry will be individually judged on the basis of the Entry Criteria. The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9.  All entries will become NAB’s property. Each entry must be entrant’s original work and entrants agree that NAB may make copies of or publish their entry in any form or media. Entrants warrant that their entry is not, and its use by NAB will not be, in breach of any person’s intellectual property rights or any other rights.

10.  Following the consent of their parents (s) or legal guardians, winners agree to participate in any promotional activity regarding winning the Prize and consent to their name and image being used in promotional material without payment.

11.  Entrants acknowledge that there may be some inherent risks is some aspects of using the Prize and that it is their responsibility to ensure that they are sufficiently healthy and fit so as to undertake activities associated with the Prize. It is a condition of accepting such Prize that upon request the winner will sign a legal release in favour of NAB and/or the issuer of the Prize and the agencies associated with the competition.

12.  Winners will be notified by the Notification Method described in the Schedule.

13.  NAB may request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated Prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of NAB.

14.  Prizes must be claimed by the Prize Claim Date and Time otherwise that winner will forfeit the Prize and NAB will distribute the Prize to the next best valid entry that has not already received a Prize. Where a Prize is no longer available, for example, because the date of an event has passed, the new Prize winner will receive a Prize as determined by NAB of equal or higher value.

15.  NAB does not warrant and makes no representations that any Prize will be fit for any purpose or will be of merchantable quality. If liability under any terms implied at law cannot be excluded, the liability of NAB and its associated agencies is limited to the re-supply of the Prize or the cost of its re-supply.

16.  If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned or if the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion is affected for any reason, NAB may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, change or suspend the competition. NAB may disqualify any individual who tampers (or benefits from the tampering) with the entry process or the conduct of the competition or who has, in NAB’s opinion, engaged in conduct which is fraudulent, misleading or generally damaging to the reputation of NAB or has breached these Conditions of Entry .

17.  NAB will not be liable for any loss (including without limitation, consequential or indirect loss), cost or damage, personal injury or death which is suffered (whether or not due to the negligence of any person) in connection with entering the competition or using the Prize, except any liability which cannot be excluded by law (and if so, that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

18.  NAB accepts no responsibility for the tax implications of Prize winnings. Winners should obtain independent tax advice to determine how this may affect their circumstances.

19.  The personal information entrants provide will be used by NAB, and may be disclosed to its agents, solely to conduct the competition and distribute the Prize.
