TENDER NOTICE

1. Applications are invited by the GE (Navy) Lahore upto 15 Nov 2017 for prequalification of contractors/ firms. Tenders of the following works under GE (Navy) Lahore issued to the pre-qualified firms/contractors are required to be submitted by 1130 hours on 22 Nov 2017 and shall be opened on the same date at 1200 hours

b. / Replacement of Barbed Wire at Tpt Yard at PNS Punjab, Renovation of Broomhead hall at Broomhead Building and Replacement of False Ceiling in Passage Way, first floor broom head building.
c. / TC for External Electric Supply Services Including Minor/Deposit/Maint Works etc of Building at Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot and NFRO Bahawalpur
d. / TC for Internal Electric Supply Services Including Minor/Deposit/Maint Works etc of Building at Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot and NFRO Bahawalpur
e. / TC for Internal Water Supply Sui Gas Services Including Minor/Deposit/Maint Works ETC of Building at Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot and NFRO Bahawalpur
f. / TC for External Water Supply Sui Gas Services Including Minor/Deposit/Maint Works ETC of Building at Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot and NFRO Bahawalpur
g. / TC for Artificer Work Including Minor/Deposit/Maint Works etc of Buildings at NCW under GE (N) Lahore
h. / TC for Artificer Work including Minor/Deposit/Maint Works etc of Buildings of PNS Punjab under GE (Navy) Lahore

2. Firms/Contractors who are enlisted with MES in category A, B, C & D or other Govt departments having experience of this type of work may only apply.

3. Applications not providing the following information/ documents will not be considered for pre-qualification/issue of tenders:-

Ser / Name of works executed during last two years and in hand / Agency e.g MES/Pak PWD/PR/CDA etc / Amount of work / Time allowed in Months / Date of actual completion / Percentage progress of work in hand / Department performance report on each work by the Divisional Engineer/XEN

4. The contractors will also furnish List of Moveable & Immoveable Assets, Personnel (Skilled/Unskilled), Machinery/Equipments, Bank Statement, General Sales Tax (GST) Registration, NTN Certificate etc.

5. Firms/contractors not registered with Pakistan Engineering Council will not be considered for issuance of tender documents.

6. Detail of terms and conditions is available in pre-qualification documents which can be obtained from GE (Navy) Gulberg-III Askari-V Naval Complex Walton Lahore.

7. Copies of the conditions of contract, schedules and all other documents connected with the work(signed for the purpose of identification) shall be open for inspection of the contractors, at the office GE (NAVY) LAHORE during office hours. Tenders shall be deemed to have full knowledge of all such information whether they have inspected these or otherwise.

8. The tender must own a copy of MES Schedule of Rates 2014 and if required shall produce proof therefore.

9. Accepting officer reserves the right to reject any tender if any of the pre condition is
