Note: Sector Support Program), located in Foya district, Lofa County. The project will use locally available CPO in Lister type engine and generator to provide electricity to 206 houses in the villages of Sorlumba, Baah and Lappole. The installed capacity of the project will be 36 kW, with installation of three units each of at least 12 kW CPO generators. The project will first purchase a small, approximately 8.5 HP/ 5 kVA three-phase generator based on Lister type engine (See attachment B for specifications). The small generator will be installed at Booker Washington Institute (BWI). The necessary modification and addition of pre-treatment equipment for CPO will be installed and the complete unit will be tested for its suitability for the use of locally available CPO. The smaller unit at BWI will be used for providing O & M trainings to operators & technicians. After successful testing, three larger generators will be purchased from India, installed with appropriate CPO pre-treatment equipment, modified & operated at the village of Sorlumba. WI/LESSP invites interested and eligible parties from specialized contractors to submit bids. Eligible contractors must have extensive experience in this type of engines.

Offer Validity:
The offer should be valid for 2 months (60 calendar days). Electronic bids submitted via email will be accepted & hard copy bids are accepted as well. Partial bids are not allowed. Bid proposals are confidential and will not be transferred or disclosed to third parties.
