Position Title:

Full-time, Oracle Technical Lead

Reports to: Director, ITSalary Range: $58,000 - $90,000 DOE

We are looking for a talented Oracle Technical Lead who can assist us in our recent implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1. You will have a lot of autonomy in this role, and you will be working with the latest and greatest technologies, so a genuine interest in staying ahead of the quickly evolving technology curve is essential. Here are the technical specifics expected of successful candidates:

Requirements

  • A 4-year degree from accredited college or university in related area; or equivalent experience
  • Must have strong analytical skills.
    * Must be extremely proficient in troubleshooting application, middleware, and database issues.
  • OracleDevelopment Tools, including Forms, Reports Builder and Workflow Builder, PL/SQL and Toad
  • Knowledge of Forms Personalization, Hands on Unix/Linux,
  • Knowledge of SOA/BPEL a plus
  • Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher or similar BI tool.
  • Solid foundation inOraclee-Business Suite, 12.1.1 preferred,
  • 3+ years of experience programming PL/SQL
  • 1+ years of experience utilizingOracleForms 10g/11g or similar tools.
  • 2+ years of experience analyzing business requirements and translating them totechnicalrequirements.
  • Understanding of Object Oriented Design and experience with c# or vb.net a plus.
  • Must be a resourceful, organized, analytical, a critical thinker, and innovative problem solver.
  • Ability to work in a professional manner, be flexible, and handle interactions with all levels of the organization.
  • Self-directed & disciplined, task & goal oriented, accountable, motivated and an excellent team player
  • Good written and verbal communications skills to communicate well with other members of the IT department and with non-technicalend users, as well as a listener

Responsibilities

Daily support activities, incident resolutions, development of new interfaces, reports, extensions, customizing existing functionality, migrations and data conversions.

Providestechnicalsupport to end users.

Also does the performance tuning of the various programs, reports and interfaces. Involved in daily production support, change requests, month end activities and period closure

Must be able to troubleshoottechnicalissues related to development inOraclee-Business Suite, as well as inbound and outbound integration

Must have hands-on experience integratingOraclee-Business Suite or other ERP application with another packaged or custom-built application using an adapter, web services, MQ, etc.

Experience in usingOracleApplication Object Library (OAOL) features including implementation of Flex fields (Implementing Cross Validation Rules, Security Rules), creating and scheduling concurrent programs, creating request sets, workflow users, menus, form functions, responsibilities and function security, registration of forms, reports, etc.

Ability to findtechnicalsolutions to difficult challenges through R&D

Providestechnicalsupport to administrative Super and System Admin users

Log and assist with all bugs, patches, requests and inquires via SR (Service Request) throughOracleMetalink

Additional skills preferred:
* Writes documentation to describe application functionality and/ortechnicaldesignProgramming C++
