BIOGRAPHY:

Amaefule, KatheleenChimeziemholds a Bachelor of Science in Education Degree in Sports Science from OlabisiOnabanjo University and a Master’s Degree in Sport Management from Ahmadu Bello University. She is currently on her Doctoral Degree programme in Sports Administration and Management.

She is a member of various councils and associations, including the International Council for Health, Physical Education, Recreation, Sports and Dance, the Nigerian School Health Association, the Association of Nigerian Women in Sports and the Nigerian Institute of Management.

She has attended and presented papers at both National and International conferences relating to her field of study and research interest. As a way of advancing her career, she attended a professional development program under the umbrella of the Council of International Programs, West Virginia University, USA. She is a visiting scholar of the College of Physical Activity and Sports Science, West Virginia University, USA.

She is also a board member, Nigerian Wushu Kungfu Federation
