Purpose: Pursuant to provisions of the School District Procurement Rules, the ABC School District intends to establish a contract to obtain two Double Combi-Ovens for a School District Central Kitchen.
Achievement Goals:
The ABC School District has a long-term goal of providing the best possible food to students. The nutrition department is self-operated, and serves approximately 4,000 breakfast meals and 10,000 lunch meals per day throughout the school year (late August to mid-June) in 14 schools. In order to accomplish this goal, it is necessary to improve our cooking methods and equipment.

Award Basis:
If a contractor receives a bid award and vendor is unable to meet the delivery requirements, service requirements, the District’s needs as outlined in this bid, or fails to provide product complying with bid specifications, the District reserves the right to go to the next lowest bid price of equal quality which meets bid specifications. If the bid item does not meet the specification, the vendor must arrange for pick up immediately and replace to the District’s satisfaction at no additional charge or issue full credit. Rejected items must be removed from the District’s presence by the vendor upon verbal notification.
