Four courses (3 credits each) of at least 800 or 900 level, three of which
must be FSC/HNF courses. [List course e.g. HNF 843]
Complete initial training (at least 5 hours) and yearly refresher trainings (at least 3 hours approved by PI) in Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) activities. Provide RCR Tracking System printout signed by PI of completed activities.
One course on writing a research proposal. [Provide course name and number and a copy of the syllabus.] *If advisor/committee approves a workshop versus a course, provide a copy of the workshop brochure and certificate of completion.
Participation in graduate teaching orientation [Provide copy of certificate of completion.]
At least one credit internship with FSHN faculty on teaching [Provide statement from faculty]
At least 24 research credits beyond the M.S. degree
