SENIOR CAMP
At Somerford Park
From Sunday 14th August until Wednesday17th August 2016
No pony under the age of 4 will be allowed at Camp, they must be well shod, sound and free from coughs and colds.
No horse or pony will be admitted to camp without an up to date flu vaccination certificate which will be checked on arrival. No vaccination or booster must be given in the 7 days prior to camp.
So check this now!
Members must normally have attained their 11th birthday by 12thAugust and the criteria for allotting places should we be oversubscribed is set out on the web site..
11year old members may choose to go to junior or senior camp.
We do however have a ride available for under 11s and any one who would like to attend Senior Camp rather than Junior Camp please submit this form. Any queries please contact the DC.
No alcohol, drugs or cigarettes will be allowed on the camp premises. Any member disobeying this rule will be sent home immediately.
Members must arrive on the first day of camp and stay until the last day except in special circumstances and at the discretion of the D.C.
Cost: - £275 which includes:
An exciting venue with excellent facilities.
Parents must provide accommodation, which could be horsebox, tent, trailer or other. (which can be shared). Please note the gas supply to horse boxes MUST be disconnected.
There are adequate showers and toilet facilities.
Stabling for Horses & Ponies including hay, feed and bedding which is Shavings only.
3 meals per day.
4 full day’s tuition.
Evening lectures and entertainment.
