I write you on behalf of the City of Pomona in California in regards to the Vacant and Abandoned Properties Ordinance. The City is planning to adopt an ordinance modeled after the Chula Vista ordinance in the near future. As part of our efforts to provide notice to banks, lenders, and other owners of REO properties I would like to update your chart. I have been doing a lot of work in this particular niche and I have attached a copy of my article for your reference and information. I am available to discuss.
In addition, I hope you can advise if there are other avenues of publication which I can use to get the word out about this new ordinance. I am not aware if safeguard properties sends out an email alerts on such issues. Please advise and thank you in advance.
