MR

Objective

I am looking for a part or full-time position working in technology arena in the Vancouver area. Contracts or employment opportunities are welcome.

Skills

I have a wide range of skills from HTML, CSS3, and Jquery to IT, cabling, and network design. Extensive experience with workstations and servers alike. Linux is my true love but I get it done on Windows, Mac, and Unix also.
As a specialty, monitoring almost anything is my niche. I’ve always said, “Give me the right hardware and you will get an email telling you when your coffee pot is getting low”. As we all know, when coffee is low it can turn into crisis mode pretty quick!

Social Abilities

I love working with people with any technical level. I can clearly explain problems or issues to people helping them understand the ins and outs of complex issues.
I thrive in either a team environment or solo. Both options have their benefits and drawbacks but given the choice, I would prefer a team environment. The interaction and collaboration that occurs in this style of work almost always make the project better in the end. /
