Subject: LOW PAY COMMISSION VISIT TO EDINBURGH: 5 JULY 2012
Dear Ms Aitken
The Scottish Women’s Convention (SWC) was unable to attend the meeting held in Edinburgh on 5 July 2012.
The SWC is an organisation funded by the Scottish Government to consult with women throughout Scotland on issues which affect them and use the information gathered to influence public policy.
Attached is a paper drafted from issues raised and comments made by women attending our roadshow and conference events during the past 12 months. Can you please arrange to have this information forwarded to the Commissioners.
Many thanks
Evelyn
