Re:Barn Cleaning Check List – After Party Rental Company removes items

  1. ___ Pick up trash, cigarette butts, gum and anything else from lawns, bushes, gardens, parking lot, and street.
  2. ___ Return any items borrowed from the barn back to where they were (cups,

scissors, trash cans, tablecloths, +++)

  1. ___ Pick up all trash in the Barn.
  2. ___ If used, please fold coat racks and return to the basement.
  3. ___ Empty trash cans and put trash bags on grass (Try to avoid letting liquid drip out

onto floor)(Replace trash liners)

  1. ___ Use green push broom, broom and dry mop to clean large debris off floors.
  2. ___ Vacuum rugs and floor on main level and room on West side of barn.
  3. ___Vacuum upstairs carpets.
  4. ___ Clean all sinks, mirrors and toilets in bathrooms
  5. ___ Clean kitchen area and wipe out refrigerator
  6. ___ Wet mop sun room stone floor with floor cleaner or water. Change water. Please pour the dirty water in the sink in the cleaning room. It will kill the grass when poured on the grass.
  7. ___ Wet mop both bathroom floors with tile floor cleaner or water. Change water, do not pour dirty water on grass.
  8. ___ Wet mop the wood floors changing the water regularly. Put one ounce of wood floor cleaner in water for wood only. The wood cleaner will make the grout oily of you use it on the tile. Do not pour dirty water on the grass.
  9. ___Clean windows you can reach, especially the doors. (fingerprints)
  10. ___Return all rugs to the main room floor
  11. ___ Return all furniture to the appropriate place. (Do not slide the furniture)
  12. ___ Wipeall furniture, table tops, (especially the legs near floor) w/damp rag.
  13. ___ Wipe off all beams and wood you can reach.
  14. ___ Take trash bags to dumpster on SW corner of parking lot across the street.
  15. ___Hose off and spills on patio in the Summer.

For events that will be cleaning the Barn please provide the date and time of cleaning as well as the names and number of at least four people that will be cleaning the Barn:
