RE: Transmission vehicle parking reservations, assignments

Thank you for your cooperation and input as we’ve worked through the parking challenge. First, Mr. Gallegos (the lot owner) has said you may get into the lot starting today. Officially, our Board is scheduled to review and sign the lease agreement next Tuesday, Sept. 30. If you need to get in the lot right away, please call me on my cell, (970) 471 0229. If you need to contact me over the weekend, please try my home number first: (970) 947-9512.

The list of reservations and amount due from each organization is provided in the attachment. I’ve also included your platform space assignments for reference. I will send a revised map of the JusticeCenter area later today.

Parking payment requirements and other information follow. If you need a personalized invoice beyond this e-mail, please let me know. I regret we’re not able to take a credit card for this payment. I hope the payment methods below work for you. If you or your finance folks need to discuss, just call or e-mail me.

Basic Info:

  • Cost: $555/vehicle space
  • Duration: Covers parking and related services in the designated Sat and Support Truck lot from Sept, 29-Nov. 30, 2003
  • Payment due in full by Friday, Oct. 3, 2003. Deliver to Becky Gadellin person or mail to Eagle County Administration, P.O. Box 850, Eagle, CO 81631. Attn: Becky Gadell
  • The County can accept a check, cash or wire transfer.
  • Checks should be payable to Eagle County Government
  • Wire transfers via Wells Fargo Bank, Routing #102000076, "further credit account #7130000906."
  • EagleCounty's Federal Tax I.D. # is 846000762. Please contact me if your Finance folks need a copy of our W-9.

I will give you a NOTICE to place in your vehicle windshield and a receipt when you make your payment.

Notes:

  1. Map attached shows the location of the platform spaces, truck and support vehicle parking lot, media services tent, and other.
  2. All platform spaces are 10’x10’. Organizations that needed more space are allotted multiple 10’x10’ slots.
  3. “A” spaces are aligned on the strip of County land to the west of the Justice Center Sallyport drive. This is the strip left of the driveway if you are facing the JusticeCenter.
  4. “B” spaces are aligned in the front portion of the Gallegos parking lot located at Chambers Ave. and Sawatch.
  5. Parking in the truck lot is first come/first served.
