This is a generalized flash card routine for picture recognition. The pictures are standard gif, jpg or other picture files. They can be any size, black and white or color. The larger and more detailed they are the slower the flash card routine runs.

Use slashes to separate multiple correct answers, such as England / Great Britain / UK / United Kingdom in this example.

There is no point hanging onto pictures you know. Get rid of them by using a mouse to highlight the rows and clicking on "Delete Highlighted Rows."

This macro makes a new table with a summary of your activity every time you use it. You can get rid of these summaries by clicking on the "Delete Summaries" button.

To use this flash card drill

1)Choose how you want the routine to choose pictures to show by clicking the Sequential / Random / Front Load button. Random shows pictures in a random order, Front Load favors the ones you have not seen recently, and Sequential, after picking a random starting point, shows them almost in the order they appear in the document.

2)Highlight the pictures you want to drill. If you don't highlight any, and there are fewer than 50, it will assume you want them all

3)Press Flash Card Practice or Alt+P to start practice. If it flashes the entry screen but then stops, press Restart.
