FRIENDS OF THE MUSEUM MEMBERSHIP FORM
We are inviting you to become a ‘Friend of the Museum’
Not only will you have the opportunity to support one of New Zealand’s premier regional museums, you will also be able to enjoy the privileges of:
· Free Admission
· Museum newsletter
· 10% discount on shop and photo purchases
· Invitations to exhibition previews
We invite to you renew your membership via online banking. To do so please make a payment to the Gisborne Museum of Art and History Trust bank account 03-0638-0379806-000. In order to ensure your payment is linked to your membership we need the following information to be entered when you are making your payment:
· Your full name
· Your phone number
This will enable us to follow up with you via phone if there is any confusion (e.g. two people with the same name).
Subscription fees for twelve month membership:
· Individual Membership $30.00
· Family Membership $40.00
· Business Membership $100.00
For those of you who do not want to use internet banking we are still happy to receive your payment in person or via mail. Please fill out the form on the back of this letter and bring/send it to the museum for payment.
We would like to keep our members updated via email. If you are interested in receiving email updates please contact the museum and provide your email address.
