Friends of Fletcher Moss Park and Parsonage Gardens
Health Walks, February – June 2018
There are free Health Walks from the Visitor Centre at Fletcher Moss every Monday afternoon throughout the year (except for Bank and Christmas holidays), starting at 2.00pm, lasting for an hour-and-a-half, and finishing with a welcome and friendly cup of tea and biscuits. There is a shorter version of this walk for those who require it. There is also a series of longer walks (two hours) starting at 1.30pm on alternate weeks from different points along the Mersey Valley. Walking is one of the best ways you can stay active and healthy and we always welcome new people. Why not give it a try? The latest programme is below.
